What inspired you to start Sprect Private Limited, and what problem were you hoping to solve?

Sprect, short for super connect, was founded to bridge the mentorship gap for students but soon we recognized a much bigger problem. True connectivity is missing for people everywhere. Traditional methods like cold calls and social messages rarely lead to real conversations and give no reason to reply. Sprect became a global platform designed to help anyone connect with others who have already taken the path they aspire to take and build a trusted and rewarding network for genuine connections.

How has your journey with Sprect Private Limited changed you personally and professionally?

It has deepened my empathy as I connect with diverse stories and challenges. Professionally, it sharpened my vision for innovation and resilience in solving complex problems. Leading Sprect taught me the value of persistence, listening, and adaptability, while reinforcing my passion for building technologies that genuinely empower people to connect and grow in meaningful ways.

What's something unique about the way Sprect Private Limited operates that you think more people should know?

What sets Sprect apart is its focus on ease of use, making the platform accessible for everyone. From the start, we wanted to unlock the knowledge of the retired community and others who might not be tech savvy. Innovations like deep WhatsApp integration allow users to connect effortlessly without needing complex apps or tools. This inclusive approach ensures that valuable knowledge and mentorship are available to all, regardless of technical ability or background.

Mohit, can you share a memorable story about your journey of building Sprect Private Limited or any interesting story that shaped you?

One memorable moment was at a friend’s birthday party where I met our first angel investor, Mr. Siddarth Shetty. It showed me that success does not always come from formal networking or fundraising events. Sometimes a simple, chance conversation with someone who truly understands your vision can lead to incredible support and belief in your mission from the very start. That experience shaped how I view connections and opportunities.

What are some achievements, milestones, or proud moments you've experienced with Sprect Private Limited that you'd love people to know about?

A founder’s proudest moment is the first sale. For Sprect, that first customer validation reinforced our vision and boosted our confidence immensely. It proved that our platform not only solved a real problem but was ready to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. Each milestone since has built on that initial trust and belief in the power of genuine connections. A platform that will eventually let us touch millions of lives will keep bringing us milestones worthy of pride everyday.

What's one challenge you've faced as a business owner, and how did it shape your outlook on leadership or growth?

One of the hardest challenges was building the right team. From choosing the right co-founder to hiring early talent, it was crucial that everyone not only shared the vision but also understood the value they bring. Knowing they were taking a risk to join us made me realize leadership requires deep trust, clear communication, and appreciation. This shaped my approach to growth as a journey we take together, not alone.

Outside of work, what's one hobby or passion that keeps you grounded or help you in anyway?

My passion for connecting people goes beyond work. It keeps me grounded by reminding me how much effort it takes to build genuine relationships. Helping others grow is the key to growing any community, and this belief drives me daily. At Sprect, we ensure every connection feels valued and every meeting is meaningful, reflecting that same passion in action outside of work and within our platform.

Mohit, do you have a favorite book, movie, or quote that reflects your values or entrepreneurial mindset?

“None of us is as smart as all of us.” These words from Ken Blanchard have driven me strongly to build communities for everyone. Paraphrasing Steve Kamb, “If you give people an opportunity to be a part of something, they’re going to be proud of what they’ve helped build.” We wish people to open their expertise to everyone in the world and be rewarded to share the same.

Who has been your biggest influence or role model in business or life, and why?

My biggest influence in both business and life has been my father, Krishanji Khadaria. Beyond countless lessons, what stands out are the invisible learnings, the subtle values and habits that shape character and leadership. These are not taught in classrooms but absorbed over years of observing and learning from his example. Those small, unseen lessons have profoundly shaped who I am today and how I approach life and business.

Looking ahead, what's your dream vision for Sprect Private Limited in the next 5 years?

In the next five years, I envision Sprect becoming the go-to platform in India for anyone seeking advisory, consultancy, or community across all industries. We want to build a trusted space where meaningful connections and expert guidance are just a few clicks away. Our goal is to empower individuals and businesses to thrive by making knowledge and mentorship accessible to everyone in every field.

We operate as a true marketplace as defined by RBI guidelines, ensuring transparency and compliance. We handle GST on behalf of professionals to ease their burden. Automated refunds enhance trust, creating a reliable environment valued by both users and professionals. These features build a trusted, user-friendly platform unlike any other.

If you could give one piece of advice to someone building a startup today, based on your own experience, what would it be?

The most important advice I would give to anyone building a startup today is to focus deeply on solving a real problem with empathy. Understand your users’ needs and build with them in mind. Also, be patient and persistent because success rarely happens overnight. Surround yourself with people who share your vision and values. Finally, stay adaptable and open to learning as challenges will constantly shape your journey.
